"our handyman installer was very customer service oriented, friendly and easy to work with. he did the whole project uninstalling and installing the microwave over-the-range appliance in less than an hour (40-45 min). "We had purchased a microwave and oven wall combo from a national chain. We also purchased installation package from them. We had several visits from their installation personnel to evaluate the site and to install. One group will say that there is no problem and the appliance will be installed. The installers will say that they can't. In came the Kools. They studied the situation, decided upon the modifications to the cabinetry that were needed and installed the combo. I really appreciated their ability for problem solving. Very creative. They got the work done where the national chain installers had given up. "Technician came to the house and analyzed the problem. It was determined that the cost of repair was over the allowable Choice Home Warranty limit and it should be replaced. Choice Home Warranty issued their replacement cost. This cost was unacceptable and I challenged their figure. After some negotiation I was offered an increased settlement amount. I still balked at their offer but I was told to take it or repair my old microwave. I finally accepted their amount, even though it is still well below what it will cost me to replace the unit. I might add that the existing microwave has the convection feature and I want to replace with same features. The cost that I will receive also does not include any removal, disposal or installation costs. At this time I am debating whether I will continue with Choice Home Warranty or consider other options."
