"We were in town for a very short period of time to check in on our rental units in Pocatello.  We were able to contact John and have him come out the next day to meet us to give us a bid for repairing shingles that had blown off of the roof.  He inspected all of the roofs, did the work, and provided us with a bid for replacing the whole roof when we were ready.  His cost was very reasonable, and he made the repairs before a rainstorm came in, which we really appreciated.  I would definitely use him again.

"Mr. Haas identified problems in our roof installation and issued a report. He suggested re-install and steps that we should take to get it done. It was a long process that involved county and DPOR. Mr. Haas was very helpful every step during the entire process. He is highly experienced and very responsive to our calls, text, and email. We eventually got the roof reinstalled in a very good quality. Mr. Haas was onsite multiple times to ensure the right materials and methods were used. "when I was BBQing one evening I forgot to move the BBQ out away from the house. Well, as a result several pieces of our vinyl siding, melted. We removed the melted vinyl siding in order to repair it. Upon removing the siding we discovered that there was no insulation between the house & the siding. Our home had always been hard to heat or cool efficiently. So while the siding was removed we asked Tory to come over and look at it. My husband asked Tory about an insulation wrap he had read about. Tory felt we could benefit greatly and be more comfortable after the house was wrapped. We agreed and hired Dan & Tory for the job. What a project. Dan & Tory came over to begin the process: 1: Remove ALL vinyl siding from a two story home. 2: Reinstall all windows that were simply resting on surrounding framework. They could be removed with simply pushing on them. (This was discovered upon removal of vinyl siding.). 3: Wrap entire home with sheets of specialized insulation. 4: next came the fun part. Reinstall ALL the vinyl siding that was removed at the beginning of the job. Every day there were many tools & materials on the ground, but each evening everything was put away. The worksite was always clean. The tremendous job was completed timely and within budget. Both Tory and Dan came to my husband quickly to discuss any problems they encountered and resolved them efficiently..

I called LEWIS ROOFING and Robert Lewis answered the phone.  I asked him to come and look at my roof and give me a quote to re-shingle it.  He said he was in the neighborhood and could be there in 15 minutes.  I met him at the property and within a few minutes he offered me a quote to finish the work, including taking out the bowing in the roof decking.  He also gave me an idea that it would be a few weeks before he could get to it.  He was very cordial, no pressure and quick to respond.  I decided to go with LEWIS ROOFING and Robert said he would call me as it got closer to his availability.

He called a few weeks later.  On the day he was supposed to come he said he would be there at 1 PM, and he was there promptly at 1 PM.  He said he would finish in one and a half days, and he did.  His team was very well-behaved, he closely watched the team as they did various tasks.  He missed nothing, even when one of his employees was too close to the edge, he immediately warned him to be safe and secure himself.  He did not use shortcuts and paid close attention to the quality of work and materials used.  His team worked like family and they were EFFICIENT, HARD-WORKING, and WELL-MANAGED by Robert.  They cleaned up everything very carefully before they left, even using a blower to clear dust from the steps and deck areas.

In short, the whole transaction and project was ON TIME, ON BUDGET, with PROFESSIONALISM and QUALITY WORK.  I am very happy and pleased with the work.  I would recommend LEWIS ROOFING to anyone.  They are the best and deserve great recognition for customer service and excellent work.  THANK YOU ROBERT!"

"We went in to Wolverton Homes not sure if we wanted to buy or not. We mostly wanted to just get more information about what the company offered and what types of houses they already had for sale. The saleswoman was very friendly and we did not feel pressured to jump to any decisions. They directed us to a great bank with a mortgage loan officer who was also very helpful and easy to get ahold of. We found the perfect home for a GREAT price for just my husband and me in a neighborhood that is 95% Wolverton Homes. They walked us through the house on our closing day to show us how to use the sprinkler timers, how to use the AC and Heating, and answered any other questions we had. They presented us with a basket from the Cookie Basket and gave us a warranty book which provided information for everything that was covered under warranty for the first year and it also explained that there was a lifetime structural warranty. We have lived in the home for the summer and have not come across any problems, large or small in the house. We have made friends with many of the other homeowners in the subdivision and they have also been very friendly and we have been told from more than one that we chose the right builder."
