Amazing they took all the ugly brick out and made the steps a little wider. I’m an older senior citizen & have many sewing friend stopping here .And I always told everyone be careful on the steps, they were narrow. & not level. Now it looks awesome. "These guys came around about the time I was fed up with my prior pool service, so I gave them a try. They were expanding their service area--they are about 50-60 miles away. After doing a fine job for about 6 months, they write to day expanding to my area hadn't worked out and they recommended another service, which hasn't done as well as they did. Now I see they're claiming I didn't pay them, which is not just a bald-faced lie, but they owe me three month's fees which I erroneously paid them. They stalled and stalled until I gave up--I'd have had to pay a lawyer $1,000 to sue to get back my $300."

Unfortunately, when things went wrong with Tropical Paver Sealing, they didn’t rise to the occasion. I hired Tropical Paver Sealing, for a paver sealing job that included pressure washing my pool deck. During the service, the technician, Bowen, got distracted and ended up stripping the paint from the base of my pool enclosure, leaving it exposed to rust. Amanda, the owner, came out to inspect the damage, took videos, and promised to get back to me that afternoon with a solution. That follow-up never happened, despite me reaching out several times. To add to the frustration, I later found that my pool deck drains were filled with silicon sand used during the sealing process. The drains hadn’t been covered, so the sand just clogged them up. Once again, I reached out to Amanda, but my concerns were ignored. It's easy to get great reviews when everything goes smoothly, but when things go wrong, that’s when a business shows its true colors. Unfortunately, Tropical Paver Sealing didn’t handle the situation well at all, and Amanda was completely unresponsive. Based on this experience, I can’t recommend them. What could’ve been a simple fix turned into silence and neglect."
