"I had no problem with the dryer drying but thought after 6 years, the vent may need to be cleaned. They were very prompt and timely. They said there was alot of build up in the back of the dryer since the hose was not attached to the vent pipe correctly in the wall. They said once that is fixed I should be fine. I then had someone come to repair that issue 4 days later. But my items still take alot longer to dry and all the lint is attached to the dryer door and not in the lint trap. I called the appliance repair person who came out this week and he assured me that there was nothing wrong with the dryer. I am calling Paradise again to come out a look at it."
