"We hired the OB Sod team to replace sod that was removed during pool construction. Jose, the Sales supervisor responded quickly and came out for estimate the next day. They were able to schedule us pretty quickly. The crew were very polite to us and our neighbors. They worked quickly and kept the work area very clean. The sod is inspected for pest or disease by workers before delivery to ensure start up success. WE were provided start up and watering instructions. We would certainly hire them again."

"Poor. The contractor who installed my sod worked for Big Earth. He laid down poor quality sod and when I questioned him about it he reassured me that it was fine. About half of my yard is dying, even under the care of a lawn and pest control service. I have talked to Big Earth and they explained they do not guarantee sod, the contractor never mentioned that to me. I am disappointed that their only response to me was “ too bad” their is nothing we can do. You can trust Big Earth for your sod."

"First, they charge you to provide an estimate - $35!? Yes, they apply to job, if you hire them, but with my experience, they don't get hired often so this is their income. I agreed to hire them, they said the work would be done in two weeks (week of July 6th). However, it was too early for them to commit to an exact date yet, due to possible weather delays. They would call me the next week and firm up. No call. I check with them and response is "hopefully, the week of the 13th". Why? They are busy with other work. Can they provide a date that week - no, depends on work load. Oh and weather, that has not been a factor for two weeks, yet still getting pushed out. Clearly they have other priorities than customer service, schedule management and delivering on work. Can only imagine the nightmare trying to get resolution if anything went wrong with their work. Cancelled."
