"To replace a roof on your home can be an overwhelming event. But the professionals at Total Home Roofing bring unparalleled experience to the job that clears the fog of uncertainty about replacing your roof. During our first visit from Travis, he walked us through what to expect with replacing our roof. He was available for follow-up questions and was always honest and clear about the process. After the job was complete, he even called back to make sure we were satisfied, and everything was as we discussed. Then came the actual replacement of the roof! The Supervisor of our project was Eduardo, who was just as amazing as Travis. He was constantly communicating about what was happening and what to expect during the process. He let us know that if we had any questions or concerns, to contact him, and he would resolve or clarify so we were fully informed. Anytime I called Eduardo, he answered the phone and was available. Then if that wasn’t enough, I received daily updates from the main office of what was going on the day before and what to expect that day. Total Home Roofing made this daunting process less stressful. They went out of their way to communicate and walk with us through this event. Thank you, Total Home Roofing, Travis, and Eduardo!"

"Have been using SF Roofing Quest since 2012. I flipped 6 -10 houses a year, and they got the bid on all of them. They’ve always had a good price, and quality work. Also great customer service after the sale. Recommend highly for any roof job."

"Very thorough. They replaced the dryer flex hose for additional $20. They were right on time and very professional!"

"I have a fairly large roof (total size is 5000 square feet -- in roofing terms, that is 50 squares). The going rate for Angie's List A+ Contractors in Tampa appears to be between $290.00 to $340.00 per square. Good Neighbor charged $245.00, which brought the price to $12,250.00.  Prior to contracting with Good Neighbor, I got price quotes from five Angie's List A-rated providers.  All of them came in at $15-17K for the same project.
Note that I had a problem area on my roof where three sections intersect and had been causing a leak in my den for months.  Good Neighbor came back on site after the first rain subsequent to the roof installation, because we detected that the leak issue persisted.  They put on additional sealant, underlayment, metal drip edge and flashing that ultimately eliminated this issue.  This was not a straightforward fix -- in the past, I had had two other roofers come out and try to fix it with no success.  Good Neighbor were on-site for almost an entire day addressing this issue to my satisfaction at no additional charge on the project.
So, in all, Jim Fernandez and Good Neighbor Roofing, Inc. were the best price by far and provided very professional and excellent service.  My new roof looks great.  I highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

"We based our decision to use Woody and Sons based upon an attractive bid that was substantially below their competitors. Their billing is based upon actual hours worked and their estimate was off by nearly double the ultimate cost. The actual cost was very near their competitors bid. The primary reason for the difference was the underestimation of the number of trucks that were needed and the subsequent need to make two rather than one trip. The crew was fine, nothing was broken or lost and they worked very quickly."
