I have over 20 years experience in both residential and commercial construction; so I didn't just decide I needed a way to make some money, grab a couple wrenches and screwdrivers thinking I could "fix" things; and start calling myself a handyman. I know code and construction practices, so there is no jerry-rigging going on here (I know that "duct tape" can be used on anything BUT duct work). I'll talk your ear off if you let me, but you'll be well informed about what I am doing and why. I pride myself on maintaining communication with my clients. I'm conscientious, fair, honest, reliable, and take pride in my work. (Yes, I was a Boy Scout – and I'm a retired military officer too). If I can't take care of what you need to have done, or feel you'd be better served by a specific trade specialist; I have developed a professional business relationship with individuals in almost every specialty out there. Individuals I consider to be the best at what they do - be it roofers, plumbers, drywall'ers, painters, masons, electricians, or tile-setters. With me, it's not all about the money, but making sure the customer is spending their money wisely. I know my limits and won't take a job if I feel you'd get a better price or a better result from a specialist. I want you to be satisfied so you'll call me back for your next project and refer me to your friends and neighbors. I'd rather have one person call me 100 times, than 100 people call me one time.
