After waiting almost a full day for the competitor to get back to me I wasn't comfortable working with them and called Jack back the next morning to explain my concern. Walked in went right to problem furnace and up the ladder with proper tools and replacement parts. Not a minute was wasted. Installed parts tested for gas leaks and then furnace flame adjusted everything completed job, cleaned up everything. So clean you would never know a contractor was on the job. He is absolutely the best!!"
