While A&S make it look like all their subs are separate entities on paper (for obvious liability purposes) they are all owned by A&S. While some execute their portion of the project without a hitch, others do the quickest job they can to get to the next. Then you are stuck dealing with management to things right. It will be 4 years this fall and I am still trying to get things corrected."
