"I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau They completely overlooked the part of the job in which I discusses would be the lowering of the drain threshold so that water drains properly. The way that Lovett & Lovett walked away from my completed job resulted in a situation in which when I dumped out a bucket of water, it traveled in 2 different directions, AWAY from the drain to the lowest point on the deck Their solution to fixing the problem that they DID NOT fix, was to cut away material from the finished/sealed job, leaving the most ?high traffic? area vulnerable to leaks. Rather than make the correction that I discussed with Jorden Lovett, when he came by to discuss the job. There was no oversite provided by Jorden or Kyle when the work was being done Apparently no one told the men actually doing the work that the drain needed to be lowered for proper drainage. My roof still leaks & I have hired another company to fix the incompetent job done by Lovett & Lovett "

"Local Professionals come through: I had a water flow problem on the front center part of my roof that resulted in some of the sheathing under the overhang to dry rot. I also had a rain gutter with damage caused by a leaning tree. I called Roofmasters for a free quote. Johnathon explained the process and answered all my questions. Aaron arrived on-time for the quote on 8/27/2018. He explained what caused the dry rot and answered my questions regarding concerns I had about other areas of my roof. He put my mind at rest – telling me that my roof appeared to be in good shape except for the area that brought him there that day. I received the written quote on 8/31/2018 for the roof and gutter repairs and scheduled the work to be done on 9/14/2018. They called 30 minutes before arrival as promised. They were professional, courteous, efficient, and cleaned up after themselves well. They even replaced a couple cracked tiles at no additional charge. They are a local company (Suisun City, CA) that obviously still takes pride in their work. This seems to be a trait that is in short supply these days. I’ll definitely call them again the next time I need help with my roof."
