"I hired Salgado’s to repair our 17 year old paver patio and walkway. The pavers were sinking and stained, and moss was growing between them. Greg and his team took great care with leveling the patio, stoop and walkway. They clearly know what they are doing. They removed all the plastic edging which was lifting and shifting and replaced it with a special concrete product. They cleaned and sealed the pavers and the patio looks like new. Greg was on-site most of the time and kept us updated on their progress. I had other estimates and the price was fair. We are thrilled with the work and would highly recommend Salgado’s. "

"Our property was in desperate need of a complete landscape overhaul. We contacted J & P Brothers Landscaping through their website and received a fast reply the next morning. Juan came out to our property to get an idea of what he was working with, and to find out what we were looking to do. Throughout the planning stage, Juan provided us with concept drawings, plant recommendations and paver ideas. Our project was big, and it included new steps for our back door, as well as two 50’ garden walls on the front and side. The planning was a collaborative effort and did take some time because we wanted to ensure it included every single thing we were looking for. It was well worth it in the end. Each day the crew worked on our project, either Juan or his brother, Percy was onsite to manage the process. The crew worked very hard, and they were respectful of any request I made, such as keeping foot traffic within our tight property lines so as not to disturb our neighbors’ properties. Throughout the entire project, Juan and Percy checked in with me often to be sure they were on the right track and that things were as we expected them to be. They accommodated our every request, no matter how small. As the project progressed, we made several changes along the way. J & P went with the flow and made sure everything was just right. J & P Brothers Landscaping is professional, friendly, responsive, hard-working and neat, and they do great work. We highly recommend them. They completely transformed our property, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We have decided to use them for our ongoing maintenance, and we will always consider them first with any future landscaping project."

"Daniel and MLC really came to our rescue. We struggled for several months to find a contractor to replace a sizable, rapidly deteriorating retaining wall on our property. After finally connecting with another contractor, negotiating and renegotiating our contract, and getting all the required permits, that contractor backed out of the project in mid-October. Our engineer put us in touch with Daniel who promptly assessed the project, quoted a fair price, fit us into his schedule, and completed our project on budget – all by mid-November. Daniel knows his stuff and was very easy to work with. After the dust cleared and the final check was cashed, we realized that our driveway took a beating over the course of the project. We probably should have anticipated this given all the heavy material and equipment involved. "TMW was excellent. I wanted a paver patio installed but had drainage issues that needed to be addressed first. I received a few cookie cutter quotes from other contractors but they did not addresses my drainage problems. TMW was the only contractor that was 1) creative enough to fix the drainage problems and 2) skilled enough to build a beautiful paver patio. TMW used high quality pavers and their workmanship was top notch. I now have an entirely new living space in my backyard with no drainage problems. "We worked with JD from Green City Gardens to design and plant new landscaping in the front of our house. This included removing the existing shrubs, adding organic materials and planting the new flowers and bushes. In addition, JD, Doug, Carl and John removed two existing trees which had died and replaced them with new trees. The project was projected to be completed in about 2.5 days and the team achieved the target. The entire crew was excellent to work with--each provided their input and recommendations regarding plant placement.
