"Ty and company (Luis I think was his partner’s name?) did a great job installing our new driveway and front/back porches. I went with Ty not only because his quote was very competitive, but primarily because he took the most time to answer all my questions and describe to me what they could do or could not. I needed a lot of work done and I felt he really listened to what I wanted and gave me realistic options on what he could do to and what would be best. A year after the install I reached out to Ty with a few maintenance questions, which he answered promptly and even offered to stop by and address my questions in person. Overall, the finished product is great, price was competitive, the process was easy and delivered exactly what I wanted. But be sure to contact early in the season though, as they get busy really quickly. I got a quote from them in Feb or March (2020) and they were already booked up until July to do the install."

"Daniel and MLC really came to our rescue. We struggled for several months to find a contractor to replace a sizable, rapidly deteriorating retaining wall on our property. After finally connecting with another contractor, negotiating and renegotiating our contract, and getting all the required permits, that contractor backed out of the project in mid-October. Our engineer put us in touch with Daniel who promptly assessed the project, quoted a fair price, fit us into his schedule, and completed our project on budget – all by mid-November. Daniel knows his stuff and was very easy to work with. After the dust cleared and the final check was cashed, we realized that our driveway took a beating over the course of the project. We probably should have anticipated this given all the heavy material and equipment involved. We got an independent estimate to make the driveway repairs, and Daniel promptly sent a check so that we can take care of repairs in the spring. We were incredibly lucky to find Daniel and whole-heartedly recommend him for hardscaping and drainage projects."

"We worked with JD from Green City Gardens to design and plant new landscaping in the front of our house. This included removing the existing shrubs, adding organic materials and planting the new flowers and bushes. In addition, JD, Doug, Carl and John removed two existing trees which had died and replaced them with new trees. The project was projected to be completed in about 2.5 days and the team achieved the target. The entire crew was excellent to work with--each provided their input and recommendations regarding plant placement. "Pat and Midwest Landscaping did a great job on my yard. The plants had literally taken over and we had some poison ivy growing between our fence and the neighbor’s. In one morning they trimmed things that had gotten too big, moved plants to space them out better, weeded and got rid of the poison ivy problem. Really the best part was that they used all of our own plants, so we didn’t have to buy anything new. Whenever we need more help with the landscaping, we will be calling Pat."
