Ines came to our house, answered all of my questions, and provided me with a quote with a reasonable price immediately after her inspection. Ines and her husband are very courteous, punctual, and hard working. They followed all the COVID-19 protocols. They completed the cleaning thoroughly with meticulous detail and did a superb job. I have recommended “A Plus Cleaning Service” to my friends and relatives. I have already used the service again. She cleaned all appliances, and cabinets & checked with me on items from the prior owners to save for them or discard. She did an amazing job all over including the walls. "I contacted Erzsebet a week or so in advance letting her know the scope of the work to be done and my rough timeline. I was having the unit painted so I said I wasn't sure what day I would be ready, but was expecting things to be finished up on Friday. She told me she needed about 1 day notice and to text her once the painting was finished. It turned out the paint work finished early on Friday, and when I texted her, she offered to show up about two hours later to start cleaning, and did. She brought a few additional people along and they thoroughly cleaned the bathroom, the kitchen, all floors, and windows. It was a little more than two hours of work and everything is now clean and ready for my tenant to move in. I will absolutely hire Erzsebet Cleaning Services again."
