"Brad was a true professional. After his diagnosis of the issues, he clearly laid out his plan and what needed to be done to install our new outlets. He provided price options for other improvements we could make. During the project, he had to fish through our fireplace and walls, and did so very carefully. For the holes needed for the fishing, he patched up perfectly. We now have an outlet on our stone fireplace (for a mounted tv) and another for gaming consoles and other peripherals. Before leaving, he provided a list of other services and home improvements to keep in mind, which was great since we just moved in to a new home a couple weeks ago. "When doing an inspection for my new home, I had Gen3 Electric come in and perform a specific electrical inspection. The contact who visited our home Josh T. was amazing. He came in and got into the details of our electrical system. By the end of the visit he was covered in dust and had a few pages worth of notes for us. He was able to provide us with detailed information regarding what systems were in need of repair, what systems could use a repair and what systems were already OK and not in need of service. This was amazingly valuable. He was professional, timely and understanding of what information we needed. We also had an outlet installed by another technician Dave C. He matched the level or professionalism that Josh gave us with the added benefit of performing the work. He protected our property, was friendly and professional. He was also able to provide us with additional information about our electrical system. This organization stands behind their work and will be our electrical vendor of choice in our new home."

"Electrical in an older home can be complicated. We had several people give outrageous estimates or never show up to do the work. Stapleford electric was prompt in providing an estimate and completed the work with quality. The cost for installing a new outlet and bracing for a large, heavy chandelier was fixed cost and other work was a time and materials rate. Both were reasonable and they knew what they were doing with the old style wiring. We had an additional expense to get plaster repaired separately but that would have been the case no matter who did the electrical work - they referred us to a master plasterer which was great. I have no reservations to recommend or use Stapleford again."
