"For DC/ Northern VA: Best price in the area. Very methodical, evaluated the ducts as he worked, very knowledgeable. Dryer duct cleaned as well. Showed up 2 hrs late, so ensure you have a full day for the job to be completed."

"Excellent and knowledgeable crew. Punctual, polite, hardworking and cleaned up beautifully. I didn't get other price quotes because it was raining and rain was runners Down my chimney into my house. I called Pratt and they were here within the half hour. It was pouring rain and they didn't hesitate to go on the roof in the rain. II believe their price was fair and I was glad to pay them. I called them 1st because it's a family business and they are all military veterans and their NAME is important to them, as it should be. I will continue calling Pratt for future maintenance.
