He was communicative about scheduling, costs, timing and offers multiple solutions to tackle the problem. He also installed study closet shelves in 2 areas. We are definitely pleased with Phalan Construction and will be calling Bob again!"

Kitchen remodel included cabinets countertops & lighting. Torin is detailed and thorough. He shows up on time, is clean and personable. Throughout the project, he took on smaller fixes including replacing my bathroom faucet, fixing the drafty front door & hiding the TV cable wires behind the wall. He walled off a second door to access the bathroom, ripped out old tile, and put down new tile and installed a new vanity. Very happy with the finished product. Steve also did the backsplash in the kitchen. It came out perfect. I would definitely recommend Steve for any home improvement projects you may have."
