JP O'Brien Electric called me back promptly day of my request and was extremely knowledgeable of my wonky system from the '80s that is no longer manufactured. He was able to quickly identify the issue and I was super impressed with his integrity. When getting a quote from another electrician, I had been convinced that I needed a whole new panel, instead JP O'Brien Electric informed me that I only needed to update a single 50 amp breaker. "Fantastic job. During the survey of my house, I pointed out one of the problems (flickering light bulb). Nicholas told me that it probably didn't need to get repaired -- the issue was due to using an LED lightbulb. He was right - and he didn't need to tell us that... he could've just "fixed" it and charged us for it. The project itself went very well. They did a nice job putting in the chandelier, and the light in the attic. They also fixed the other problems I had around the house. They made one error when they were making one of the repairs I needed in the house.. they fixed the problem, but accidentally cut off power to another room. I called them about it, and they sent someone out to fire it right away. Good work, great communication, honest people and a fair price. I would definitely hire them again"

"Great work, returned my call on a Saturday, wore shoe covers, gave a price before the work and stuck to it. Fixed a number of minor jobs that had been near-daily annoyances. Was to remove the chandelier so I could take it to a lamp store to fix, thinking I had to call again to reinstall it, but Bob took it home and fixed it that day and reinstalled it. He found a dodgy outlet installed by the prev. owner of our house, a DIYer, and found a couple of safety issues to fix, one of which we thought would be good to do right away. Works w/ one of his sons, both very nice guys. Will def call again."
