"Ramon from NMTI-GC came quickly to assess what needed to be done, Juan submitted an estimate in less than 24 hours, and Ramon went out of his way to obtain a work permit promptly. NMTI-GC arrived to install a new roof sooner than we had dreamed they could, and worked steadily in cold conditions until the work was completed. The roof has now held up well through 3 rainstorms. The crew, led by Wilson, was pleasant, professional, and hard-working, and we think they are honest. The cost was reasonable. We don't expect to need another roof for a long time, but would certainly hire NMTI-GC again to do other kinds of work. We enthusiastically recommend them to others."

"On Top Roofing is Top of the Line Roofer. Professional delivery with solid quality! Company was hired to correct the issues caused by a prior roofer whose incompetence has cost me additional thousands in repair. On Top Roofing installed a ridge vent that the prior roofer only placed on the roof, re-flashed the chimney where prior roofer failed to install to match new rook lines, re-surface flat rook where prior roofer ignored. In addition, On Top Roofing was used on apartment buildings to help close up the roof and eliminate a bat problem. On the Top Roofing is the only roofing company to use. It takes a while to get on their schedule, but they show when they say the will and do the job they say they will do. Only hire On the Top!! You will not regret."

"Loved James who came to do the estimate. He spent time educating me which I truly appreciate. Estimate done quickly, and reasonably priced. My only complaint is that 10 days after they had a signed contract I was still calling and asking for a tarp over the site of the leak as storm after storm caused leaking into my bedroom where despite having buckets to catch the rain it was still ruining my hardwood floors. I spoke and wrote emails to Melissa to ask for a tarp and either was told they “were too busy to come out”or did not even return my calls. Thankfully once I was able to bypass Melissa, Mr PJ Willard intervened and a tarp was up the next day and the roof done immediately after. Great work, completed quickly once started. I will never be sure if Melissa is solely responsible for decision making, or she is told to delay requests. Either way, sorry to say it was the only bad part of the job. Otherwise A plus."

"Perfect experience. Claimed an Angie's List deal for gutter cleaning. Joe called within the hour and got me on their schedule on the same day. Guys arrived promptly and thoroughly cleaned all of our gutters. There is a steep hill on one side of our house which has prevented other gutter cleaning companies from getting to the gutter over that area, but Joe's crew got up on the roof and cleaned that area, too. They cleaned up well afterwards, as well. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Will definitely have them back in the fall."

"Very high pressure sales. They were more interested in getting it done quickly than the quality of the installation. The aluminum trim around the windows looks good but they did not replace all of the old wood underneath I requested. They would put it over anything. They did not bother to brush off the sills before covering them or remove saw dust. Many of them were cut too small because they assumed all trim was the same size. They had to redo most of them and they didn’t do the bottom corner’s correctly even though I explained to them how they should be done. When they didn’t want to do something they acted like they didn’t understand me."

"Quick response to repair leak which was great because heavy rains were on the way. Partial roof replacement was very conveniently scheduled around the weather and my and my tenants availability. Work was completed in less than a full day. They cleaned up well. No mess left outside the house or on the porches (3 family house)."

Sprague and Company since the mid-aughts to repair and/or replace the gutters, downspouts, and slate roof on our 1880s-era home, and we have had nothing but good experiences with the company through the years. Most recently (this spring), we were fortunate to have Paul Elliott and his crew rebuild three porches on the house, and they did a fantastic job. "I had met with a couple of companies that seemed to be  competent roofing companies but their prices were crazy high. After last year's bad winter I believe the prices from these companies were raised artificially high to take advantage of the demand. I continued to look and called several highly rated companies listed on Angie's list but none of them panned out. A couple of the companies said they were too busy to give me a price. One company sounded great on the phone (asked all the right questions) but never followed up.  I finally saw a few recommendations on a local group on facebook and they recommended Kevin Blakeman and his company Roofer's edge and siding, Inc. After looking him up on Angie's list and seeing very good recommendations I called him and he responded right away. He came over to my house with his son, who is learning the business, and Kevin impressed me with his knowledge and thoroughness getting measurements, discussing materials, addressing ice dam prevention ideas. He promptly sent me a quote, the price seemed very fair so I went with their company. Kevin kept me up to date right from the beginning on timelines, what would happen throughout the process and he kept to his word on everything he said. They were clearly a well oiled machine that knows what they are doing.
 After several false starts with other companies I had grown a little discouraged trying to find a good company to replace our roof.  Luckily we finally found Roofer's edge and the overall experience was great and I wholeheartedly recommend Kevin and his company and will use him to replace some trim work around my house that has rotted.
