So we had to wait a little longer than we wanted and pay cash as we don't have checks and they didn't take cards. "My chimney was significantly cracked and had pieces of brick falling off of it. Additionally, I was getting water in my fireplace every time it rained hard. I called Saul at Chimney Safe; he scheduled an appointment immediately and was prompt in arriving. After thoroughly inspecting my fireplace, going into the crawlspace in the lower level of the house to look at the boiler/furnace, and going onto the roof to check the chimney (something none of the other contractors I had out did), Saul gave me an extremely good quote to do a substantial rebuild of my chimney. "I never have seen a crew work so hard in this blistering heat! I hired Original Masonry for a relatively small project, tearing up my old garage floor and pouring a new one. Krenar pointed out that there was literally no garage foundation under the garage walls, and he identified areas in the cinder blocks where I was getting a good deal of water making the garage damp and smelly. After considerable thought, I decided to have Original Masonry jack up the garage, lay a proper foundation and rebuild the cinder block walls, putting in a curtain drain around the garage to take care of any future water issues. They did a magnificent job, and cleaned up beautifully. I could not be happier with their work! I plan to hire Original Masonry to build a stone wall in front of my home to level off my side yard. I recommend them very highly."
