"Bryan Nelson came to our home for the $47 check up and cleaning. He went over everything with us and showed us what repairs needed to be done to our system. He was here for quite a while, explained everything to us and answered all our questions. We decided to get a new more efficient furnace rather than put the money into repairing our current one. Furnace was installed on 12/4/17 and both installers were very professional and cleaned up after they were done. Took about 6 1/2 to 7 hours to install. I have had questions and some issues that I needed them to come take a look at and they were very responsive and sent someone out to check things for us. Everything is working as it should be. I trust Arlinghaus and feel comfortable dealing with them."

"David did a great job managing our master bedroom renovation which included adding a new wall and door, replacing floor, updating brick tile on fireplace facade, and custom built in cabinets in the attached closer/laundry. David also replaced our deck, detailed a shower, and installed vented ceiling fans in two bathrooms. He did a lot of work and even when the project kept growing he would just update the quote and keep going. We are very happy with the final product and I know the work was done correctly without cutting any corners. We are already talking to David again about our next project. He can do anything!"

"We had a 20' spruce tree knocked over by a storm. We also had a  transformer hit by lightning. When the power company replaced the transformer they had to cut down part of a large, nearby bush. I called a different tree service company and received an estimate I thought was pretty high. I called Sang Tree Service and received a quote that was very reasonable. They also offered to haul away the debris from the bush at no charge. They said they would be there in the morning. They arrived at around 8am and got right to work. We asked if they could cut down the remainder of the bush and they said no problem. They cut down the bush, removed the spruce, raked the yard and blew off the driveway and were gone in 30 minutes. We were so happy with the timeliness and good service we added $50 extra to the check to show our appreciation. <br />"

"The house is 60+ years old and so needs attention from time to time.  The caulk around some of the windows as in need of repair, and other holes had been left uncaulked where old electrical and gas pipe work had been done.  Dave completed all the work within the time arranged for the work, doing a good job.  He also identified a loose hardware cloth screen covering the window in front of the attic fan that should be replaced and noted where touch up paining is going to be needed. <br /> He was fully professional, knew what he was doing, and I will use him again. <br />"
