"The Shinn Group did a great job! I needed a roof on a new wing on my home and decided to replace the existing roof as well. Management was quick to send the estimator to survey the job explain the plan for my particular roof style and send a quote. They showed up on time in the morning and as the work progressed the found deficiencies on the old roof. After a short discussion we agreed to replace the worn structure. They also installed new protective boots on the plumbing vents, flashed the elevation changes and chimney. They’re very knowledgeable and equipped with the materials needed so it didn’t slow the work down. The were fast, efficient and the rates are very reasonable. My roof looks great! The Shinn Group offers a 5 year warranty and the suggested material manufacturer (GAF) gives a much longer for defects, blow offs and algae. I recommend the The Shinn Group for any roof work. Either new, repairs or reroof. They trustworthy, prompt and the rates are good. Their communication was outstanding. We are very pleased with the quality and craftsmanship."

"We were at the point of replacing our roof and did an extensive search for a roofing company. After speaking with several companies we chose Roofing Logic, based in Quakertown, PA. Leslie, the owner, provided a very clear, informative and low-pressure presentation, offering many options based on price and type of materials available. Results were excellent and we were extremely pleased with the professional, hardworking crew, who arrived on-time and worked diligently to complete the project in a timely manner. Mike, the foreman, was on-site throughout. But the story continues. Just a few months later we were hit by a severe storm that did extensive damage to the outside of the house. "Joe Manee came out to do the estimate for attic and crawl space cleaning for a small bungalow on the same property as the main house. There is only outside access to the attic, so no one ever goes up there unless there's a heating or A/C problem, and there is currently no one living there. Joe took lots of pictures which showed that animals had gotten into the attic, left seeds and droppings, and there was one old mouse carcass (yuck). The crawl space showed evidence that mice had gotten in. And there was one large pile of debris on a side roof near a downspout which apparently was raccoon droppings. Joe was such a pleasure to deal with! He gave me his honest opinions on what should be done to correct the problems. I really appreciated the time that he spent in answering all of my questions. Francisco and his team came out to do the work. They removed all debris and old insulation from the crawl space and attic. They vacuumed the attic and disinfected the attic and crawl space. They replaced a mesh screen that another company had installed (termite company) due to a prior problem of squirrels getting into the attic. Joe had noted that the other company had installed what looked to be regular window screen mesh instead of galvanized metal, and an animal (probably a raccoon) had torn right through it. Francisco and his team installed proper mesh, sprayed foam insulation where needed to seal air gaps and pipes (and some sections in the crawl space where there were cracks in the foundation mortar and you could see light coming in), installed baffles for proper air flow, and installed new R-30 insulation in the attic. And they removed the raccoon debris from the roof. Francisco showed me before and after pictures and kept me in the loop with what he was doing. He and his team were also a pleasure to deal with! I would hire Atticrawl again in a heartbeat!"
