We did not experience any scheduling issues, he tries to tell you when he will be there. He works primarily by himself so the process took longer than he quoted by a week or more. Overall, he patched drywall without us asking, was very flexible when we made changes to our original plans. He will either buy the supplies or allow you to purchase."

Dan arrived on time and did a great job. By the time he was done the tub sparkled and looked almost brand new. I was very happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.
