"So I've just sold my home in Lakewood and the Technicians at Time have come to repair a furnace motor and correct an code violation in my electrical panel that the city missed when I stalled 4 years ago. Their service has always been excellent. Madison returns messages first thing in the morning. The electrician Kevin Wendt explained the code violations clearly and corrected in 2 hours. I forgot the young man who repaired my furnace but he found the last motor in town for my model, potentially saving me having to spend thousands more. "Mario, the technician, seemed very nice and knowledgeable The $49 quoted trip charge turned into a $220 diagnostic charge not including any service. He wasn’t sure why water was appearing on the floor, but felt it may be due to some clogging of a PVC drain tube. He said it was not possible to simply clean it out, but it should be replaced at a cost of another $250 (for a pipe?). We declined. We subsequently had another repairman come in who said there is no problem cleaning the tube and did so. The material clogging the pipe is shown in the photo."

"The services, from the sales rep Frank, (who cussed in front of my 3 year old, failed to respond to messages and walked off the job), to the unresponsive management and unreturned phone calls after an incomplete job leaves us without thousands of dollars and a horrible looking lawn. They did not finish the job nor offer to remediate, only stating we were “confrontational” after asking what they would do to fix the problems. Even if that was true (which it is not), the job we paid for is still not completed, confrontations or not, and that is what we paid for. New sod, not their opinions on how we handles our unhappiness with their lack of professionalism. They left an unfinished job with 100% of our money up front. They even broke our fence! Take it from us, do not do business with anyone who asks for all up front if the job isn’t complete. Sod was left out in sun on a pallet in 100 degree heat for 5+ hours dying before it was started to be installed, the ground was not properly prepped, and weeds and grass are now growing from underneath the new sod laid. They laid the sod in the wrong places. They left a mess, were unprofessional, disrespectful, and sadly did not operate in a Christian manner. We are having another local landscaper have to fix the problems, and they are shocked at the way our lawn was left by this company. Save your money and do business elsewhere. I guess turf masters does not care to help their customers. BBB will hear from us, as will Secretary of State and beyond. We are just shocked this is the way they operate."

"We started working with Daniel from MtnX in April of 2022. Our raw land needed to be graded according to the grading plan drawn up by our engineer. We hired MtnX due to his background, experience and expertise. Daniel was able to clearly explain in detail and picture for us, the steps he would take, the materials required, and how he would be able grade our property according to plan. No one else that we interviewed was able to explain the process. He provided a contract and we signed off to begin work. As you can see from the photos, he did a fantastic job! To begin with, he helped us grade the main area where our home will be built. He installed new culverts (as our were rusted and not usable) and two driveways according to plan. He removed two 80'(+) trees that we needed to have taken out. Then he helped us with a grove of 18 smaller trees that needed to be removed for the pad where the future home will sit. These were then transplanted by Daniel around the property. We needed additional assistance with the grading the land for our OWTS (Onsite Wastewater Treatment System) according to permit. He assisted with the leach field and next the trench was dug across the entire length of the property approximately 350' for the septic line to lay from the OWTS to where our second building will be. He helped correctly lower in our HLT system and level it. The county approved our OWTS. Next we needed to grade the upper pad for our second building according to plan and he was able to help with this. When the building materials arrived he was able to help us unload these very heavy steel beams. I'm sure I'm leaving something out but I guess what we want to convey is that Daniel is a hard worker and there isn't anything he really cannot do with the help of his equipment and experience. Expect him to arrive first thing in the morning and leave at dusk. We even had a situation where we needed his help and he did not hesitate to stop what he was doing on a weekend to come help us in the dark! Truly a pleasure to work with. You won't be disappointed and if you ever were, he'd make it right. That's the type of person you want on your job site!"
