"Excellent. Very efficient . Everything was cleaned"

"When my partner and I realized that as two physicians we didn't have the time or energy to clean, we interviewed a few cleaning services. We liked that Lucia's company was family run, and still professional. We have no regrets! Our schedule is always changing and Lucia has been accommodating to our confusing schedules for the twice a month cleaning. We come back from a busy day and ate greeted with fresh smelling, clean, tidy apartment. I enjoy that she and her team sometimes folds the throw blankets into a pattern. We appreciated their work so much that when we moved, we had them to do the final clean of the old place and continued their service for the new place. I highly recommend!"

"At first this was going to be a one time thing but service was amazing, my house is extremely organized and so clean. Will be using them for weekly cleaning for sure! Thank you so much!!!!"

"This cleaning service is the best I have ever had. My floors gleam as do my bathrooms and kitchen. They are on time and very reliable!"

"I chose New England Cleaning LLC because of the straight A (excellent) reviews (except for the one B but Sandra later resolved the issue). Sandra (who owns the business) has 2 important attributes. Responsible communication and trustworthiness. Sandra responded on a timely basis each time and she / co-cleaners arrived on time. From my experience, Sandra was excellent with communicating if something did not take place on time or if she was unable to make an appt. She listens to what your needs are and will accommodate as much as possible. They do not peek into drawers or touch things that they shouldn't. The cleaners focus on their tasks at hand and do the best they can. Excellent work done for both deep-cleaning and monthly cleaning. Reasonable cost as well. I am now using them monthly. Thank you."

"Best cleaning! Meire did a deep cleaning of my house after construction and the house looks amazing! She was extremely thorough and cleaned absolutely everything. I was very impressed and definitely will hire again!!"

"Kelly’s Pro Cleaning Services was recommended to me by my daughter who also employs them. I have been so happy with them! Kelly is very flexible with scheduling, she accommodates as much as possible. I especially love how she is respectful and mindful of my requests with regard to my pets (I have 2 young kittens). The crew that comes to clean is friendly, efficient and thorough. I am always pleased after they leave and my home is clean and reflects those professional touches that make all the difference. Currently, I am on an every other week schedule and I appreciate the reminders Kelly sends the day before. Although I am retired, I do work part time and hiring Kelly’s Pro Cleaning Services is one of the best decisions I’ve made! Highly recommend! Reasonable and competitive rates. A very pleased client. 🐾💕🐾"

"The OMNI team is AMAZING! Firstly, in terms of customer service they are prompt, communicative, clear and very professional and friendly, exactly what you want when you have people work in your home. Besides that, their cleaning services are out of this world. My in-laws were coming into town and our apartment was in desperate need of some TLC. We got a one time deep clean, and they cleaned EVERYTHING to a sparkling shine: from the baseboards to the vents, lights, fans, floors, oven, you name it. They even found some stuff from previous tenants (no idea where that was hiding!) so we could clean it out. When they were done our home was immaculate, I have never been more pleased with a purchase. We will likely become monthly clients, I can't overstate the quality of their work. 100/10 recommend!"
