They did come back and finish the project after questioning my measuring ability. The finished product is beautiful. "Went well overall. They weren’t able to clean one section of my covered gutters due to an active squirrel’s nest. They suggested that I have them remove the gutter cover and hire a pest control to have squirrel removed but no one actually does that, at least, not from the gutters. So the rest of my gutters are good and the sky lights are clean."

Josh was on time, gave me a reasonable estimate, and worked efficiently. He even came back to repair some tread marks left by my postal worker who did not see the caution tape.

I considered doing the job myself but Josh saved me from using some of the quick dry repair concrete they sell at Home Depot. He was knowledgeable and quite personable. It was a pleasure working with him.

"Michael arrived for the estimate on time and worked well with me to determine exactly what was needed. There was a short delay of a few days before they could start due to complications on another job but Genaro and his crew arrived when scheduled and began removal of the old walkway and timber walls. They finished in 4 work days and did a fantastic job. A suggestion to add 3 granite steps to reduce the pitch was excellent and added to the project. Each day the crew worked hard and cleaned up each day before leaving. A truly excellent experience and I will use them again for other projects in the future."

"I have used their services twice till now. I used their services in October for my old home and again in January when I moved to my new home. They replaced the front stoop in October, as I had a leaking basement. It was a stone stoop that they replaced. They also did the basement waterproofing at the same time and it cost me about $3400. They reinforced a retaining wall in January and it cost me around $4500 for that. They put some kind of sealant on the outside to prevent the leak from going in and they also patched a crack that was on the wall. They also repaired my gutters and clogged drains. They dealt with each of my gutters to make sure that they drained properly. The owner of the company is a pretty straightforward guy. We were supposed to get the work done in September, but it got delayed because of the rains in the Atlantic area. Moreover the guy who was supposed to get the work done had emergencies and it took him a while to finish what he said he was going to finish. He didn?t finish the work when he said he would, but I totally understood the situation, as there were homes that were collapsing. That?s why my work was delayed. However, they did a good job and they were efficient. It looked good, but it just took a lot longer than I expected. I would recommend them and I don?t have any qualms about that. I would use their services in the future too. I didn?t get another quote and I thought that the price that they charged was reasonable when I first used them. So, I had some kind of confidence that he wouldn?t rip me off the second time. I didn?t compare his prices with anybody else at that time. There was another company that told me that they would do the work in a month, but he said that he would do the work in the next week itself. I certainly got value for my money. He was also there when he said he would be."

"Our technician Tim was fantastic. My wife needed to meet G Force at her mom's house to supervise repairs, and they did a great job keeping her informed of their ETA so she had plenty of time to travel to meet them. Once at the house, Tim discovered an issue with the concrete slab where the original toilet sat, which prevented a safe and secure install of the new toilet. He and his supervisor worked with us to recommend a repair and schedule a return visit that worked with my wife's schedule. On the second visit, Tim repaired the concrete, installed the new toilet and adjusted the height of the cutoff valve. Plus, he took a few extra minutes to walk the house (inside and out) with my mother-in-law to check the plumbing to ensure everything was in working order and confirm she knew what to do in the event of a water leak. He even took the time to label the majority of the valves in the house to make things easier for her. In looking for a plumber, we certainly found cheaper options, but without a doubt, we will phone G Force again (and request Tim as our technician)."
