"I called Lighting Bug Electric for a quote to install a generator transfer switch. The office was prompt with scheduling and called to let me know each time when a technician would be out and was on his way. Timing was accurate. Leo came out to give a quote. He looked everything over, listened to what we wanted, answered all our questions and made sound recommendations. I was very impressed with Leo and felt comfortable with the quote and his abilities. "The serviceman was polite, professional, explained all problems found and the process to repair prior to performing the work to ensure that I was in agreement. He work special rubber soles on his shoes to prevent from getting my carpets and tile floors soiled with dirt from the outside.
