He was extremely knowledgeable about this unit, claimed the unit had been wired completely backwards during the installation and also had insulation packed into the unit and that was causing it overheat. After 2 hours of work and taking time to tell us everything we needed to know to run the unit efficiently, the unit was working perfectly and we've had no problems since. What great customer service! Since the call was during an area wide record snow fall and freezing temperatures we were sure the price would be exorbinant, but well worth it; but the bill came a week later and was lower than the 1st service provider had charged for looking at the unit. No price gouging going on here. We'll recommend Country Care to anyone who will listen!"

A to Z also converted our wood burning fireplace into an infrared electric fireplace and custom built trim to hold the new fireplace in the opening. "Javier and Ricardo showed up on time with what seemed a state of the art new machine equipped with flash camera which showed us the cloud of dust twirling inside the ducts (and the dust-free clean passages after the vacuuming of the ducts). They exhibited pleasant attitudes throughout the whole five hours they worked at our home and treated our furniture with much care. They welcomed our inspection of their work and answered all of our questions. They even returned a small gold and sapphire ring found in a floor vent. Their treatment does not just blowsdust towards the main return, but actually uses a rotating flexible brush that loosens accumulated dirt as it sucks impurities on the spot. They cleaned all the cover grids of vents and returns, leaving them looking new. Then they fogged the entire duct system with relaxing lavender disinfectant purifier. Now our air conditioner blows crispier and dust no longer accumulates so quickly on the furniture. By the way, they also checked for mold and leaks. Their prices were much more competitive than those of other providers. We are very appreciative of their good job."
