"I had Landstar put on a whole new roof. The workmanship was great. Have had rain and there are no leaks. I started out by requesting replacement of a few shingles on the roof and I got a quote for that. Unfortunately, the person who came to give me the original quote didn’t go on the roof to check. They came to do the work and said I needed a new roof. This makes sense since the old roof was 23 years old and they took pictures to show me how bad it was. Just make sure whoever comes to give you the quote goes on the roof to do an actual inspection. I also wound up having to replace a bunch of plywood that was delaminating. They took pictures before, during, and after the project was complete and I was informed each step of the way."

"This job starting out with replacing two skylights which I thought would solve my roof leak. The house is 39 years old and I added a second shingle layer about 20 years ago. "He came for the repair of the flat roof, but he just put or nailed blue tarp, instead of metal as I wanted because he said it's a too old building. He said he could clean my chimney, that he was going to remove the chimney cap and sweep the chimney, but he didn't protect it so all the dirt came in my living room, the chimney looks exactly the same as when he came. And with the vacuum, he just vacuumed downstairs, but there's still soot around because of the vacuum cleaner. He didn't offer to deeply clean, he just deducted $100.00 for the misery. The total was $1450.00"
