"Had a breaker replaced for my pool heater in JUL17. During Labor Day Holiday in 2017 I noticed the smell of melted plastic coming from the panel. I called the previous company on their work and emergency number but no reply until Tuesday morning after the holiday. I called All American Electrical on Sunday of the holiday weekend and Erica scheduled the technician to come out that Tuesday. He found arcing in the breaker and documented everything to provide to previous company. The previous company refunded the full amount thanks to the inputs from All American Repair FYI. The technician didn't have the breaker on hand but they rescheduled for Friday of the same week. This week to the weekend prior to Hurricane Irma hitting the area. I had a dated generator connection in the garage as well and I had just purchased a generator for the pending hurricane. Erica received texts and information for the generator connection and got everything they needed to update the generator connection and repair the pool heater breaker the same day. The technicians went over the generator connections and told me how to work everything. Erica even provided their home number in case we had issues working the generator. The power did go out due to the Hurricane and the generator and connection worked with not issues along with the pool heater breaker. They did a great job and would recommend for anyone needed electrical work."

"Destiny Electric has done several jobs for me, including adding outlets on the pool deck and a new circuit and yard lights in my back yard. Their work was impressive enough that I selected them to install an emergency generator interlock kit and inlet box so I can run most of the low-load circuits in my house if we have another hurricane. While I will keep the price of this work between Destiny and myself (it was very reasonable), I will say that the value of the food we've thrown out resulting from days without having power, was more than the cost of this install. Nick and Clay arrived when they said they would, worked steadily until the job was complete, provided me with a demonstration of how to use the interlock, and cleaned up before they left. "Installed Manual Transfer Switch for large (50Amp) portable generator. First Pro provide a good fix for my issue, different from what I initially thought I wanted; more power from generator to home (45Amp vs 30Amp). Unfortunately he was too busy to do the work. 78 days later, I discussed with office if they would send another technician out to do the work, they did and completed the following day within 3.5 hours (2 techs). Electrical inspector completed his inspection within 2 hours of the work being completed. Cost of the job (material and labor) was just as the first tech estimated. While I'm very satisfied with the quality of work and the expertise of the techs sent to do the work, I'm not sure I'd call them again. ."
