"Fantastic. They charged a flat fee based on the number of heating and fresh air return ducts and included the cleaning of the furnace motor, A-coil and even the dryer vent. They will even clean your bathroom fans for a nominal price which is something most people forget about. Fast, on time, Professional and they showed us their progress each step of the way, which included before and after pictures that were taken in my presence. They provided us several other options as some in the family have allergies, We plan to have them install a whole house air purification system which is provided at a very reasonable price. All dust and debris is pushed into the main duct where they use all True Hepa Filtered removal tools. Their equipment is cleaned and decontaminated after every service so nothing from the prior service is brought in."

"I had the dryer vent cleaned 7 months ago by another company. It was clogged again. It is a rooftop vent. The other company only used an air hose to blow out lint from the roof. Dan cleaned the vent from the dryer up through the roof vent. There was a screen in the vent that should not have been left in there when installed, and Dan removed it. He did a thorough cleaning and put everything back in place. It is a small laundry area, so he had to move the washer to pull the dryer out. He did a great job."

"The work was done in less time than previously quoted.  The installer did not clean up debris after the job was completed.  We could feel the effects of the air exchange almost immediately.   We installed the ERV to ventilate the basement and whole house and to reduce levels on radon in the whole house.  A radon test done 6 weeks later showed greatly reduced rates in the upper levels of the home.  The basement levels remain disappointingly the same.   <br /> Tom who did our initial evaluation and estimate was very thorough and professional.  I felt that he really knew what he was talking about.  The installer was also very efficient and communicated to me what he was doing.   <br /> The overall price was steep, especially considering it took less time to install than initially estimated but I feel that the quality of the work was top notch. <br />"

"Company "A" came to inspect the furnace, told me it wasn't safe, and that I needed a new furnace. I felt some pressure from the technician to get one the following day. I told him I wanted to do some research before getting a new furnace. I called Marsh for an estimate on a new furnace. Jay came out, and suggested it might be wise to have them do an inspection to see if the furnace needed immediate replacing. (Also, he sent me a very reasonable estimate for a new furnace the following day.) Technician Rick came out - inspected the furnace, cleaned the dirty flame sensor, which Company "A" failed to do, and told me my furnace is safe to operate. I really respect Marsh's integrity. There was no pressure to purchase from them. When I do need a new furnace Marsh will be on the top of my list for consideration."
