"Keyprime was the 4th contractor I contacted to get a quote for my roof. William came out the same day I called. He was very patient and answered all of my questions. He even informed me about my shingles potentially being a part of a class action suit that could result in a small settlement. He also found wind damage to my roof that somehow the other 3 contractors missed. William and Pam met with my insurance adjuster and to my surprise the roof of the house was covered because of the wind damage. Within a week I was contacted by the job supervisor and was given a date they would start. The entire project was done start to finish within 3 weeks of my initial call to Keyprime. "J&B Roofing was very responsive and professional when I contacted them about making some minor repairs to my roof in Saint Paul. We had some loose and folded over shingles that needed to be repaired ASAP for a sale. They did a great job on the repair for a great price! It went really well. Adrian stopped by at the agreed to time and looked things over for the job. He suggested that I have some additional flashing replaced that was not in the package and I agreed to have that done.

The crew came out on the day that we had scheduled, and even though no starting time had been set the crew arrived and started work at 8:10 AM. They guys were finished with the roof late afternoon. I was surprised at how fast it all went.

I inspected the work after the crew had left and found that the chimney flashing had not been replaced and another area that I had some questions about.  I sent Elizabeth at All American an email about the issues and we setup a meeting with Adrian. The missing chimney flashing was an oversight and that would be taken care off. Adrian listened well to my other issue and a a solution was worked out. The extra work was scheduled and completed in 2 days.
