I also needed additional black dirt brought in to make it perfect. From start to finish the communication was excellent with Will. He let me know what time they would get to my job and everything that was going on during the work process. This is something that a lot of contractors just fail to do in my past experiences. They provide top notch equipment, with many different attachments for various types of jobs during the entire process. This ensures that the job is done correctly, the first time! Lastly, customer service could not be better. They (Will and Tim) stayed with the job until I was completely satisfied. Always keeping a great attitude no matter how many questions I asked. "Richard was not too busy with large landscaping projects to come and see what I needed to have done. In two hours he and his team removed all the old weedy , dirty landscape rocks, bushes, and volunteer trees, He graded off the area and laid down beautiful new green sod. Also, I was impressed that he was acting as a professional; his fiancée answered my call within a 2 or 3 rings; when I explained what I wanted to have done, she took down my information and phone number. She said Richard would get back to me, and he did by phone and later by visit. I was so tired of leaving voicemails or messages online at other landscapers websites, and never hearing anything from them. Iâ m sure Richard is happy his fiancée picked up the call, as I am too. None of the Marshall County landscapers had time for a little project like mine, and couldnâ t be bothered to call or text me to say â noâ to my request.
