"My husband and I chose to work with Tyler and his crew after having spoken with a few companies to have foundation and brick work completed. Our chimney also ended up needing to be replaced. Those companies either could not do all the work we requested or quickly looked over our 84 year old brick home and just sent a quote. Tyler immediately responded and took a genuine interest in our project. I'm an individual with a rare illness and have a ramp in front of the house. A number of bricks needed to be removed from around the ramp area and Tyler did a tremendous job fixing this issue without moving the ramp. Throughout the entire project, Tyler kept in constant communication with us and was open to any questions we had . "Took 3 visits but was well worth the time, attention and patience to get the job done right. First day was inspection and quote for repairs/materials. Work started that day to patch the cement crown that was cracked and channeling water down one side of the chimney eroding bricks. A bowed metal plate on the chimney to shed water between the two flue caps was flattened and sealed with cement so it did not show from the ground and so flies would stop entering into the house thru one of the flues. Crumbling mortar was replaced between bricks and bricks were waterproofed. The chimney was measured and the cap to cover the entire chimney was ordered. The 2nd visit got rained out. The 3rd visit was a good weather day and the cap was assembled, installed and cemented in place. It is amazing how strong the animal guard around the 4 sides of the chimney is. The crew at all times was friendly, courteous & very competent being careful to do the entire project as if it was their home."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
