"He gives a reasonable hourly rate on the phone, only to be faced with huge bill at the end after he comes for the job. This is not the main problem, the problem when the work he did changing 5 circuit breakers and one of them broke only 5 months later. He came and claimed that the one broke is not the one he changed. He was unable to point at the 5 CB he changed. He still took extra money after a lot of haggling. I would recommend you steer away from ANNA Electric. It was a very negative experience."

"The guys were very professional and they did a great job troubleshooting an electrical problem that required their expertise. I had outlets that were reading as a hot ground reverse on my multimeter but in fact there was a lost neutral wire that was very difficult to find. They checked all of the outlet wiring in the guest and adjacent rooms and were able to quickly locate the issue in a junction box in the attic. There is no way I could have troubleshooted this myself even after all of the YouTube DIY videos I looked at. The best part was that they came in at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend to others and hire them again for other jobs."
