"I met with Benjy months before the project began to discuss the plan. When it was time to begin we reviewed the plan which had been slightly modified. Benjy was fine with that. We decided on a start day. He began on time. Everyday Benjy checked on every detail and told me who would be working on what. His workers are of the highest quality. Masters of their craft. Neat as could be. If there were some issue, and there were rare, Benjy took care of it immediately. There were no surprises as to cost or schedule. He made suggestions when needed. Benjy cares about his clients and does the utmost to satisfy their wishes so that the finished product meets their vision. My bath is certainly an example. I love it more every day."
