"Had some repairs done on our deck a week ago. Since job was completed we have been noticing that the work was done very sloppy. Had lattice replaced around bottom of deck. Some area's of the lattice is bulging out. One of the pickets in between the deck is cracked. Looks like it was hit with a nail gun. Behind the lattice is pieces of wood that shows. We were also left with a lot of left over debris that will take some time to clean up. Below is a picture of some of the damage. There is a lot more but the website won't let us upload more photos. We wouldn't recommend this company to do deck repairs. We will NEVER NEVER NEVER have this company back. "

"NexGen installed metal roof in main house and asphalt singles for the garage, and I really enjoyed the process and was very happy with my new roof. Upon their suggestion, we also re-did the siding of attics, the fascia (custom bent aluminum capping), as well as gutter replacement to meet the requirements of metal roofing. The roofing and surroundings are look really nice. I found NexGen based on Angi’s recommendation. After talked to three contractors, I felt that they had the most experiences with metal roofing, very knowledgeable about the service and product, and the pricing was reasonable. The project took about a month to complete, and I had no regret to have them installed the roofing and accessories. After signed the contract, the project started with a welcome letter, which detailed the steps and the manager to be responsible for each step. I received text messages and emails ahead of time for the coming events, such as selecting the materials/colors, signing the documents, delivery of the dumpster truck or roofing materials, or crews coming for daily works, etc. Whenever I have questions and concerns, I either sent the text or call, the manager would be back to me very quickly. Not only the managers were very professional, but also the crew. After removing the old roofing, the underneath was carefully inspected, and damaged plywood was replaced. They made sure that the new installed metal panels were well protected when reaching over for the sidings installation. They always cleaned up after a long day of work, no matter how late it was. Due to the structure of my house, which there were a lot of details surrounding fascia and frieze board, they were patient to go through for capping, and it probably required much more work than initially planned, so they even came during the weekend to get it done. Overall, I am very happy with the project and would consider NexGen for other projects or recommend to others."

"We highly recommend John and On Call Contracting. We had an emergency situation with our well pump recently in the middle of one of the coldest weekends in January 2021. John answered the call, walking us through troubleshooting and eventually replacing the well pump. A very difficult job that required knowledge & ability in several different trades! This was during a pandemic, in the middle of a freezing cold snap and right before a major snow storm! John is amazing, mindful of safety and provides quality service!
