They repaired my broken, half painted worn out porch and driveway by balancing and leveling out the natural time created cracks and staining the whole thing for a very consistent and appealing natural stone look. John and his crew repaired and created a natural looking finish with 2 complementing stain colors. John listened to my vision and delivered exactly what we had imagined. They were easy to work with, courteous, professional and very attentive to details. They also cleaned, sanded and sealed my pavers, and repaired an uneven sidewalk on the side of our home. "Arrived on time. Courteous. Carefully and safely moved furniture pieces out of screened pool area (and returned it all back to original locations before leaving). Pressure washed entire area, stripped off old sealer, and applied 3 new coats. Looks absolutely gorgeous! Returned next day as promised to clean the pool. "My experience with Perkins Concrete, from the initial estimate to the final inspection, was very positive. I received 4 estimates to replace the cracked, pitted, sunken concrete floor in my 97-year-old detached garage. Warren Perkins was the only contractor who addressed protecting the building's foundation. Both Warren and his crew were very professional. They arrived on time, and everything went as scheduled. My garage was not a big job, only 400 square feet, yet Warren communicated throughout the process. There were no surprises. As I hoped, the floor sloped very slightly downward to the outside. Also, as requested, the final floor was very smooth and ready for polishing/sealing. See before and after pics for comparison. They were very neat and cleaned up after themselves. Their workmanship and attention to detail are very impressive. I highly recommend Perkins Concrete and would hire them again."

"I hired these guys due to their great reviews and they did not disappoint. Very reasonable pricing, immaculate work, great communication. Set aside some time to request your estimate, Fred loves to talk about paint. His crew has been working with him for 15-20 years which says a lot about their business practices. I have had years of experiencing other contractors not returning calls, not showing up on time, or not showing up at all, so in this regard Above the Rest is a breath of fresh air. Fred once called me to tell me he was going to call me (at a later time), and also texted me to advise he was running 6 minutes late. Six whole minutes! Such respect for your time and the process is rare and much appreciated. Crew arrived the day prior to pressure wash the entire house, including areas I was not expecting them to pressure wash (patio, concrete pads around the doors, lanai screens). Painters arrived early the next morning and were very efficient and conscientious, clearly caring about their work. They repaired numerous stairstep cracks in the stucco prior to painting, repaired and touched up areas I would have never known were needed (around the chimney on the roof), and painted areas I was not expecting them to paint (lanai ceiling, inside of exterior door frame). They were finished with my 1800 sq ft single story home by early afternoon. I feel like I have a brand new house. I'll be contacting this company again soon to ask about interior painting."
