Electrical, Panel Upgrades
"Gary (co-owner) was a real pleasure to work with. He was able to come out the same day I called to get a quote, and he arrived a few minutes early for his appointment to provide an estimate. After taking a good look at the areas that needed work, he told me he could do the work right then if I wanted it done. He removed a live, capped-off wire that used to go to our garage, and he fixed the outdoor plug where the wire had originated from. Then he diagnosed the problem with our ceiling fan wiring and fixed it quickly and thoroughly. Gary is personable, fast, has tons of experience in his field, and has reasonable prices. It is great to have a professional like him in the area. My husband and I will definitely call him the next time we need electrical work done."

2. Compare Travel ChargesRates reflect travel times. Travel charges can have a big impact on your costs and are in some ways easier to compare than hourly rates. Many electricians spend a third or more of their time navigating traffic on their way to a jobsite. Every contractor must find a way to pay for the expense of driving each day.
3. Bundle Repair Jobs TogetherWhen you feel it’s time to call a pro, review your list and then conduct a mini-inspection of your home. Look for faulty switches and dysfunctional or crowded outlets. When the electrician comes, you’ll save money and time by getting everything taken care of at once.
