"I hired Gaudioso Contracting for a bathroom remodel, washing machine plumbing installation, new floor installation and doors. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the quality and timeliness of the work. Change orders were added on as needed for our project without issue. The quote I was given was broken down by line item and very accurate. I was also in frequent communication via email, text, and FaceTime throughout the entire renovation process to ensure line items were addressed. I did not use their design services (which are offered) as I already had everything established and ready to order. The vendors that were suggested to me worked out well for our flooring needs. While the rooms in our apartment were protected from mess and dust, we had to request additional protection in our kitchen for cabinets and countertops. All in all, I am very satisfied with all of the work, I've recommended them to some friends and neighbors, as well as re-hired them for an upcoming job."

He was the only contractor who took the time to discuss ways to remodel the basement that made sense (e.g., moving the bathroom and closet) into spaces that increased our living space. Treon and his crew are friendly, respectful, punctual, professional, and responsive. He even surprised me with a new, functioning fireplace. I wish I had taken before and after pictures. I was able to go to work and leave the workers alone in my home with no problems. Even after my basement project was completed, I called Treon with questions, and he responded quickly. "Tony is a real professional guy. He is very concerned with quality and it shows throw with his work and the comments he made. Very professionally and his crew is too and very courteous. After everyday they clean up the mess from the day, even on hands and knees with hand mops to collect dust. He puts the materials in the bathroom so that nothing was hanging outside the bathroom so that the material did not disturb my home space. During the remodel he made certain suggestions for appearance. He suggested based upon his experience and I took his suggestions and I am glad that I did. Tweaking what I had in mind and I am very happy with that."

"We hired 3A to create the opening for our staircase to be installed in our 1910 townhouse. It was a complicated job involving careful demo, reinforcement, complete electrical renovation, finished carpentry, painting, staining, repair of very old hardwoods, relocation of a very large and heavy piece of furniture. They were highly professional every step of the way. And they kept the area neat and clean every day. They installed plastic walls with zippers for entrance and exit to keep the construction area away from the rest of our living spaces. Sticky doormats to collect debris from shoes was installed and changed out regularly. Our exterior stairs were covered in plastic. Andy and Bill, the owners, were super professional and communicative. Their crew is the best we’ve ever worked with. We’ve had numerous remodeling/contracting experiences in the past, and this one was without a doubt, the most professional with the highest caliber outcome. We plan to use them again in the near futur"

"AVSTEP was great to work with, the team started earlier than expected and completely fixed my foundation, not only with replacement block and cement, but added two different types of waterproofing as well. When additional wood rot was found on top of the foundation, they were able to repair that as well without adding more time to the project. The heavy brick and mortar waste from the building was promptly removed like it was never there. Would recommend AVSTEP for future building needs."
