"Mr. Wilkinson was on time and brought his brother as backup.  This seems to be a family run operation and they run it well. I had to replace a damaged faucet on the exterior of my house.  Mr. Wilkinson told me what he would do to fix it, then his ideas on what he would do as a plumber to ensure it wouldn't happen again. We compromised and I couldn't be happier with his work ethic and professional input.  Coincidently, yet entirely unrelated to the faucet I had a pipe bust in my house flooding my garage in about three inches of water.  I had an easy access point to the main waterline of my house because of Mr. Wilkinson's ideas on fixing my faucet!  Immediately cut the water and called Mr. Wilkinson.  He was there by the afternoon, had the problem fixed in the evening, and taped a bill to my door.  I was at work during this last part but am satisfied with his second work. <br />"

After bit of troubleshooting and a quick trip to the hardware store to buy a drill bit to straighten the opening in the granite countertop (which they went above and beyond to fix a problem that they didn't cause or have a responsibility to fix).
