The roof was done in one which was awesome, but I am still waiting on gutters a week later and won't be given a day/time for them. Just keep being told "early next week" or "tomorrow". "Excellent! Shane came over to inspect the roof and a leak above the garage. He was able to detect the source of the leak and it really boiled down to the roof needing to be replaced in the next year or so. We opted to replace the roof, replace one gutter, and install leaf guards on all of the gutters. We were able to get the choice of shingles we wanted. Shane was knowledgeable and responsive. We had one delay because of rain but the roofing crew came out two days later and did the whole roof in one day! Those guys were hard workers and they did a terrific job minimizing the impact on flower beds, etc. They also did a great job cleaning up afterwards - I have yet to find a single nail in the grass or flower beds around the house. The gutter crew came out soon after - between rain showers - and completed the gutter work quickly and well. All in all the project went seamlessly and we are very pleased. I would not hesitate to hire them again."

"Every home owner eventually needs (or will need) a new roof. Expense is one of the driving factors that usually determines the vendor BUT a more economical long range decision should be made based on quality. Quality of product, installation and service are essential components of this decision. This is why we chose to go with Power for our new roof and gutters. EVERY interaction with each employee was customer-centric. They patiently listened to our requirements and concerns and then offered effective solutions during and throughout the entire process. (The warranty was also the best available.) Power is a large company with multiple locations across the country, ours was headquartered in Maryland but the work was completed in Virginia. This geographic distance did not adversely effect the outcome. From the initial salesperson (who took the gutsy risk of letting me visit and talk with two neighborhood customers while he waited outside before signing our contract) through the schedulers, work execution and Quality Control final inspection we were well pleased. The work started on time and was completed on time. Numerous personal phone calls and visits by the Power inspectors provided us with the comforting conclusion that we made the correct choice for a truly professional contractor. With our 50 year labor and product warranty I doubt we will need to redo our roof in our lifetime BUT if we move we would definitely chose Power again! Check the Better Business Bureau reviews and complaints and you will easily see that Power is a responsive and reasonable company to work with. Need a new roof? Power is your answer."
