I'm 23 years old, I have a daughter, my parents are ex-military so they were very strict about the definition of cleanliness, I have cleaned people's homes from where it looked like there was no hope of entering with a never ending stench all the way back to a beautiful smelling home that's presentable to anyone. Every time I clean someone's home they always compliment my services and always seem shocked at how amazing I do and I can accommodate to each and every household based off of what each household does and doesn't allow in their homes. For instance if a service requires that they don't want me to use any harsh chemical cleaners in their home (for instance bleach) I can obtain plant based alternative cleaners for that specific job. I'm also told I have a very open and warming personality and approach but I can't prove that unless I'm hired for the job. But I would love to help clean your home or even fully renew it together. "Glenn was pleasant, friendly and a very knowledgeable person, who answered all my questions and concerns.  He checked the dryer ductwork flow, which he said was in good shape, clean and working.  Glenn went the extra step to show me how to tell if the air flow is proper and not clogged with lint.  Glenn replaced the outside dryer vent cap, which was the main reason for the service call.  There was a problem with the cap fitting, but he made a suggestion, which made the vent flush to the outside wall.  Glenn again went one step above and beyond to show me how I could replace the vent in the future if I choose to, which I don’t think will be necessary.  I would highly recommend Glenn’s Dryer Vent Company and will call again if I need service.  Thanks Glenn!!"

He explained up front what he thought should be done and how much everything would cost. It was evident that Tim was very knowledgeable in this area, which I found out that he is actually an instructor that helps to get people certified in this industry. The price Tim charged was very fair and he is worth every penny. I paid Tim less than the large company charged me and he spent twice as long cleaning the dryer and dryer vent. There is no need to look for any other companies, if you find a lower price I guarantee they are not going to do a good job. Having a clogged dryer / dryer vent can be a fire hazard and/or cause carbon monoxide poisoning. After having Tim out you will be reassured that your home and family will be safe."

"I called the company first thing in the morning after using the dryer the night before and smelling something awful.  They had someone out within three hours.  My hunch that a mouse crawled in through the outside vent opening proved to be right.  The serviceman cleaned the entire vent, repaired the inside connection and removed the dead mouse that had crawled all the way into the dryer.  He then cleaned it up with bleach and the smell was gone immediately.  He even recommended a cage that can be purchased to place over the vent which I have yet to do. <br />"
