"I contracted Black Stallion Enterprises LLC to replace the roofs on two of my houses. The entire process from the initial estimate to completion was fair, easy, transparent, and professional. They arrived promptly, completed the job on time and within budget. The workers were clean and worked full days with minimal disturbances to our everyday activities. Joe oversaw the job and provided step-by-step updates, explaining what was being done and the reasoning behind it. Additionally, where things were not done properly by the original builder, BSE added the necessary products and fixed it, all within the original price estimate. The roofs look beautiful, and we are already seeing efficiency as a result of the replacement. The BSE team followed up after completion to ensure we were happy. They definitely stand behind their work and materials. I highly recommend BSE for all construction projects and will hire them again."

"We chose Golden Group Construction because they replaced our neighbor's roof a few months earlier so I had watched them work and watched the clean-up. Our large skylight was damaged and began leaking after Tropical Storm Elsa in July, and we had a battle with our insurance company which delayed hiring a roofing contractor. We asked 3 roofing contractors for proposals. Xavier was terrific; he paid close attention to the particular problems of our very old house (1899), he recommended the new Velux solar skylight and explained the tax rebate, the proposal was correct. We asked him about replacing some leaking gutters and rotted facia boards, he added that quickly. We had to wait a while for the new skylight to come in, it was delayed because of COVID. And then they scheduled us quickly. The crew showed up on time, they worked very hard and did excellent work. The quality of the workmanship was excellent. Xavier thought our roof had 2 layers of asphalt shingles. Once they started tearing off the old roof they discovered 3 layers! That wasn't a problem, no upcharge. Xavier was able to schedule the gutter fabricator come a few days in advance to drop off the gutters so I could paint them on the ground (our trim is not white) before installation, which saved us hiring a house painter just for that. They did a great job cleaning up, which is unusual for a roof replacement (I had a very bad experience with a previous house I owned). They were so careful, there was no damage at all to the exterior of our house or our landscaping. They provided us with very detailed written instructions to prepare our house in advance. That was very helpful. We used their 18 month no-interest financing, which was really important because we were not planning ahead to replace the roof and we could apply for their financing and get approval very quickly. Much more quickly than if we'd applied for a home equity line of credit (that would have taken 6 weeks). I highly recommend them."

"Made the mistake of responding to an internet add to get quote on a new walk in shower. After answering the phone the woman was forward, vulgar and immediately wanted to send out someone to give estimates on my roof as well as the shower. When I tried to explain my roof is 10 years old and I just want an estimate / ballpark of replacement of my existing tub she HUNG UP ON ME. You see a lot of these adds for companies that are known for roofing (chick with the creepy long fingers on TV) trying to make it in windows and batch or vise versa then they try to up sell you on services you don't need. I'm sure my 10 year old roof would have been crap and needed to be replaced. Lol enjoy the bad press."

"One of the worst companies I have EVER dealt with in my life. Nothing but runaround, lies, and lack of accountability. They will tell you something over the phone, then when you follow-up, they will magically lose all records of prior conversations. I was told replacement windows would be ordered in June 2024 - never ordered. In January, ordered correctly with 4-6 week expedited delivery time quoted. Now in Feb, was told the windows would not be ready until end of March (total of nearly 11 weeks since order). Magically, they have no record of quoting me 4-6 weeks, though I have email records saying otherwise. Just a miserable company to do business with, would never recommend to any homeowner."

"I had a terrible experience with Roofers Edges & Siding Inc. We decided to replace the roof for solar system, and hired them to do the job. Remember: you are not hiring Kevin but his crew!!! The communication was extremely poor. At first, despite Kevin agreeing to use an ice shield for the front of my house, his crew was unaware of this requirement. I saw they are using the wrong material, and I had to contact Kevin at the installation day to ensure they were doing the job correctly. It was frustrating that the crew couldn't understand English, and Kevin himself never showed up at my house after the initial estimate. To make matters worse, the roof replacement resulted in a severe water leak problem between my chimney and roof. I asked them to fix it, but they failed once and never showed up again even though they provided an one-year warranty. At very beginning, I fully trusted them, and didn't check regularly, eventually I found the leaking problem persisted several months after the replacement the roof! Despite numerous attempts to contact Kevin, he consistently failed to respond to my calls and texts. Instead, he tried to blame the issue on a chimney problem, and told me they can do a water test, but that never happens. I eventually had to hire a new company to look into it, and they found out that the FLASHING was NOT INSTALLED CORRECTLY!!! and I can see the sky from my attic. I had to pay extra money to redo the flashing job, and Roofers Edges & Siding already lost my trust. The lack of professionalism continued when they claimed to have applied for a permit for the job, and I trusted them. However, several months later, I found out that there was no record of the application with the town. When I contacted them, they said the issue is an incorrect address, how un-professional they are! Overall, I would not recommend Roofers Edges & Siding Inc to anyone. Their poor communication, lack of professionalism, and shoddy workmanship were unacceptable. If you're looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofer, I suggest you look elsewhere."

"We are very pleased with Ray's team work. They did a great job installing the cement board despite the very cold weather (jan-feb). The installation of the door leading to the backyard (garage to backyard) required a bit of tweaking which was done in order to have a good seal. Communication requests by the team to have Indoor access to the room where the bay window was installed could have been better."
