"What a great experience and final product. Eddie and Simon were relentless in finding the perfect stones for the new retaining wall and front steps. Installation was done beautifully and with a masterful eye. They also installed the new railing on the steps, which came out beautifully, too. " Initially, we contacted the owner Scott Whitelaw in March 2016. Eventually we agreed on the June start time, in June the project started as planned. We needed to have our concrete and brick front steps repaired and replaced with granite slabs.  The concrete was repaired and slabs replace and the concrete was stained. I was concerned about getting the right kind of stain color for the overall look of the project, and Scott worked very well and very patiently with me to see that we were satisfied. Once I was able to select the brick product the brick walkway was laid exactly to our expectations. We required a curve in the walkway and Scott was able to meet our expectations. We were very satisfied with the overall project."

a quote; Mr. Jackson contacted me within a few hours! Rick was polite and very
professional during our conversations. He came out to see the cracks to ensure
that my quote was accurate, especially since I had explained that someone had
attempted to "repair" the cracks previously. Rick arrived promptly at
my home and reviewed my situation. He answered all of my questions and
addressed all of my concerns. He also explained that his work would be covered
under a transferrable warrantee! I had several other quotes however no other company
offered any type of warrantee.
Rob arrived on time to do the job. Rob
was so nice and professional; I was greeted with a smile and a handshake. I
really wanted to see the process and he took the time to explain each step to
me. He worked tirelessly to clean up the mess of the failed ?repair? I could
not believe how much better it looked! He then proceeded to perform the repair allowing
me to watch and take pictures, it?s quite the process. He left both areas that he
worked on immaculate!
I have such peace of mind now knowing
that I will no longer have to worry about there being a huge puddle in my
garage or basement or water spouting out of the cracks! I am so glad that I

"We had a fairly new home that was 4 years old when we started to see cracks in the foundation. And whenever it rain heavy, water was seeping through the cracks on to the floor.  I called several people to come out and they gave me many different options as to how they would fix it. I was not happy with the advice until a contractor told me about Crack-X. It took several phone calls to finally get a call back. But I was given a quote over the phone and scheduled an appointment at the same time. The employee (Alex ) who showed up was terrific. He explained what he was going to do and proceeded to complete the job. It took several hours to finish the job. He mentioned that their work has a 10 year warranty. He also told me that I would never see water come from those cracks again. It has been almost 2 years since they completed the work, and I have to tell you that Alex was right.
