"Most definitely the best contractor experience I have had ! My wife and I met this team at the Worcester Home Show and were immediately impressed with the display. They literally had the exhibit built of stone. What a job that must have been to get that set up and then taken down. We discussed what we were looking for and were provided lots of good information to chew on. We got a few quotes for the job and I will be honest, Leone was not the cheapest . I had 2 other quotes that were cheaper but here is what Leone WAS..easy to deal with. Kevin came out and spent a half hour taking measurements and speaking with me about the project and answered all of my questions. Now lets add Covid into this..Kevin kept in good contact with me the entire time up until the Monday he started the job. His crew arrived Monday and on time and dove right in, even moving something for my neighbor. Throughout the week his crew arrived on time and put in full days to say the least. Left the job LATE on Friday and except for a dirt smudge in my driveway and some reseeded grass, you would never know they were here. I had one item that needed attention after a couple of weeks and when I texted Kevin, he advised me he would take care of it, and did right away. Cant say enough good as its hard to find "good" people that aren't just looking for the quick check and move on..he met me at the suppliers before the project to pick out the materials I liked and kept me informed all along the way.Came in right on point with the original quote he gave me. Like I said, BEST experience I have had. Highly recommended and I will certainly be using again. I hope he continues that approach at the shows as that was one of the reasons I choose to work with him. You put that much work in there, imagine what the job will look like. "Addendum to my last review: When the septic pump failed, we discovered how many corners were cut. Instead of a septic pump, a sump pump (for rainwater) was installed with the 1½ inch pipe joined to a 2 inch pipe to make it look like it was supposed to. There was no coupler on the pipe leading to the distribution box, necessitating cutting the pipe to get the sump pump out. No check valve. Do NOT use this guy."

"Hired this company for summer 2019 to open/close and clean weekly. In the month we used SSG, the pool was not cleaned properly once. 25 tiles were damaged mysteriously upon open, there were leaves and dirt left in the pool the entire time and we have not been able to use the pool yet. We expressed our disappointment and gave them more than enough chances to rectify things. They didn't. Pictures attached are from our pool and spa today - after the tech "cleaned" and left a bill for over $200. Absolutely horrible. Terminated contract."

"I hired Billy to re-wire a 1910 Three Decker 3rd floor apartment with most of its original wiring intact.
