"I met with Lance, and he gave various estimated prices depending on whether we wanted rock or mulch. A few weeks later he offered a discount of almost $1000 off the price and promised he had great ideas for our landscape. -Lance and crew spent about 2 days removing old shrubs and cleaning out flower beds. Then mulch was put down, and bougainvillea were planted. At our request, they also planted some of our plants that had been in pots. Communication could have been better. There were also several things left undone. Lance was very nice in person and quick to respond to texts, but there were a lot of excuses that were made during the process that I wonder about."

"Hotchkiss came out and pruned the live oak, removing the dead and dying limbs.  They pained the cuts and removed the dead limbs.  They drilled holes in the soil and injected fertilizer where it would go straight to the roots.
They were reasonable in cost.  They were professional and thorough.  I would highly recommend them.

"With my busy schedule it is difficult to find the time and enegry to take care of my yard on any regular schedule.  Even though I could get in mowing the yard every couple of weeks (or longer) the trimming and edging hadn't been done in months and needed some major work.  I called Sharron Enterprises and the young lady that answered was friendly and very helpful.  She had someone out to look at the lawn and got back to me in a quickly manner to discuses the cost.  We arranged a day for the first service and when I got home that day I was amazed on how beautiful the lawn looked (front and back).  I couldn't be happier."

"Scheduling could have been better. I messaged wet it my requested date and was told that would work, but somehow that wasn't followed through so I had to wait a week when I was home again. Then I waited all morning and no one came. When I called they said the tech came by. Turns out they didn't give my right number to the tech so he treated, but I never knew he was here. I wanted interior too, so he came back. Really great tech! Answered all my questions and said I didn't actually need interior treatment, but did the garage for good measure. Unfortunately, the scheduling and incorrect phone number threw off my day. Would recommend, but just say be aware of these issues, be flexible, and double check"
