"We hired Arnoldâ s Masonry to repair our front crumbling concrete steps and walkway. Arnold (Noldi) answered all of our questions and gave us great suggestions that included repairing the concrete front steps and then topped them with bluestone and used concrete brick pavers for the front walkway. Arnold also worked with us so we can install solid iron railings on the front steps. Arnold and his father worked very hard and even worked on Saturday and Sunday to complete the work on time as promised. "I needed to repair some foundation cracks at my home and Andi smart renovation did great job. First they cleaned out the crack area completely removing all dust and loose concrete. Then they opened the crack slightly to make sure the repair matrial could go deep inside for a solid bond. After the repair cured they waterproofed the area with foundation coating to prevent moisture from coming through again. Everything was done carefully and professionally from preparation to cleanup. I recommend them for any foundation repair work they know exactly what they?re doing and take pride in doing it right."

"They had to revert to a Do-It-Yourself railing instead of the welded railing that I preferred due to a spacing problem with the posts. Used filler to cover on-site cutting of rails. They did the work on Sunday morning and were done by 1:30. Steps were reset to the proper height and pitch, and they went the extra mile of placing crushed stone around the steps to keep small critters from making a home under them. I'd hire them again for other work."
