"Just needed our stone steps (landings, faces, apron) to be repaired, due to foundation replacement damage. The steps were already dug out and leveled, but needed to be re-set. I needed my large flower garden stone wall to be repaired, as the excavator to lift the house had removed a large portion of where the flower garden wall attached to our house. I spoke to owner on site, and after the proposal to confirm expectations. Proposal quote was at beginning of winter. Months later, the crew showed up at my house without communication that they were coming. They laid down gravel filled steps and did not touch my flower garden wall. I contacted owner because the job was not completed. Owner came back to site. We discussed flower garden wall again, as well as stone landings as previously discussed. Crew returned a few days later, without announcement. They laid stone landings from stones on my property. Did not fix the flower garden wall. $2,500 for stone steps which were already dug out"

"Unfortunately the brand new fans (right out of the box) did not work properly. Kosta, the owner, then explained it was because the fans were only capable of operating at one speed, low. This was not the case as the fans had multiple speeds as we later found out when paying yet again, to have the fans properly installed. (Now they world on all five speeds.) Kosta did not do the work properly. In addition, the outside timer was also improperly installed rendering it useless. Worse, even though he didn't know how to set the timer he proceeded to install it anyway with a non-trivial charge. The only properly installed work was 2 electrical outlets. The cost for all the mistake and poorly done work was exorbitant -- and that was before the additional cost to hire someone to do the work correctly. Consumer beware."

"TJB designed and installed a pondless waterfall where a small fishpond had previously been located. The design was challenging owing to the small area available to accommodate the feature. But Ted and his crew came up with a very pleasing design. The sound from the waterfall is very pleasant and the waterfall can be viewed and enjoyed from a variety of locations both within the house and out in the yard. I love this addition to my yard! The work was completed quickly and the price was reasonable. I recommend this company and would use them again."

"The Smart Home features they installed, such as thermostat and door locks, etc. do not always work. For example, the Honeywell thermostat can no longer be operated from our phones and is difficult to install. Remote door locks are also unpredictable."
