We only hired 3 individuals to load OUR truck. The day they missed, Tom suggested the movers use their own transportation because we didn?t need their truck. When it came time to move, they CHOSE to use their own truck. At settlement, they dropped their FUEL SURCHARGE, which never was going to be charged? as we used our own truck. Portal to portal, Subcontract the move and make the customer pay to and from Statewide?s location. It?s bad business but we still agreed. I spoke to Tom? his response was how are the movers supposed to get there? Not our problem? we contracted for people not your truck. Don?t promise a discount for YOUR ERROR and snake us with a charge we never would have to pay. "
