When some of the upholstery stains did not respond to the basic chemicals, the lead tech discussed options before using stronger chemicals that could have damaged the fabric color. On the day of the job, his guys that installed the dryer vent, were professional, friendly, cleaned up their work mess and did a great job on their work. I am very pleased with my dryer vent. I would like to add that I did have one piece on my dryer vent that was a little tricky and Matthew went over and beyond what I anticipated trying to help me with it. "Service was great, especially for the price paid. i had purchased a deal through Living Social. Scheduling was easy. I called, left a voicemail, and received a call back within 24 hours. I would definitely use this company again.

The only issue I had was our appt was at 9:00am. I requested to meet earlier, but that was not possible. And due to traffic (which I already knew was very bad), they were about 40 mins late. I called around 9:30am, no answer, and left a voicemail saying that I would only wait 15 more mins. I received a call back immediately apologizing for not calling me that he was going to be tardy due to traffic. He had not saved my phone number the last time we had talked. 

Either way, the carpet cleaning worked so well, that this one issue does not prevent me from using him again or referring him to others. It has saved me from having a replace a room of heavily stained carpet."
