"When I made the initial call for a second opinion the owner came out the next day. He got up on the roof and did a thorough investigation. The previous person I had called told me I needed a complete reroof and what he showed me in pictures and in his presentation made sense to me but I am not a professional roofer. We were looking at several thousand dollars of work and the rof is only about 15 years old (was supposed to last 30 at least). Erhard roofing was thorough and when I told him about the other roofer and the problems he reported he was able to tell me why it was not such an issue and that the couple of things he found could be fixed for a much more reasonable cost.
